TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

I hereby full release CricKingdom Global Pte Ltd and its employees, coaches, any members under the direct control of Sportskingdom International Pte Ltd and all other official representatives (Collectively “The Released Parties”) unconditionally from all liabilities arising from my ward’s participation in this coaching program, including all incidental activities related to it. I hereby indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any suit, claim or damage, including all monetary damages, medical expenses, attorney’s fees and all other claims which may arise as a result of any injury or accident occurring as a result of my child/ward’s participation. In the event of an accident or injury, I understand that every effort will be made to immediately inform me. In case I cannot be contacted, I authorize the representative of CricKingdom Global Pte Ltd to obtain medical care for my ward. I agree to pay all costs and expenses of such medical treatment and will promptly reimburse all related costs, without exception and upon demand. 

● Refunds will be given only if you relocate out of UAE.

 

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS FOR ACADEMY SUBSCRIPTION

  • Auto-Renewal:
     

    • Skonnect Academy subscriptions are set to auto-renew based on your selected plan (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, or custom).

  • Cancellation:
     

    • Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the Skonnect app.

    • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the academy until the last day of your current subscription period. No refund will be provided for the remaining days after cancellation. No refund will be provided in any case.

  • Subscription Status and History:
     

    • You can easily view your current subscription status and all past subscription history directly on the Skonnect app.

    • The renewal date and period of subscription are shown on the Subsription card in Skonnect App.

 

  • Email Confirmation:
     

    • Once you cancel your subscription, you will receive a clear confirmation email detailing the cancellation and the last day of access

  • Subscription Payments and Future Charges
     

    • Payment Method Storage: When you register for an academy package, you authorize us to securely store your payment method through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details directly.

    • Initial Charge Date: Your card will not be charged immediately if the academy has not yet started. Instead, your first payment will be processed on the academy opening date shown in the app.

    • Automatic Renewals: After the initial charge, your subscription will automatically renew according to your selected package cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly, yearly) until cancelled.

    • Payment Authorization: By completing the registration, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method on the scheduled billing dates.

    • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Upon cancellation, your saved card will automatically be removed.

    • Transparency & Security: No payments will be processed before the scheduled charge date. All payments are handled securely via Stripe in compliance with industry security standards (PCI DSS).
       

 

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT

CONSENT FORM

In Compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”), CricKingdom Global Pte Ltd seeks your consent to collect and use your personal data (i.e. Name, NRIC, contact numbers, mailing and email addresses) in order to maintain the CricKingdom Global Pte Ltd  Students database.

  1. We do not accept cash payment.
